Specialising in the design of structures and mechanical systems.
The use of CATIA 3D modelling and Nastran finite element modelling allow us to deliver bespoke and innovative designs to our clients.
Our extensive experience in the whole design process allows us to take clients ideas through:
- Conceptual & Detailed design (CATIA)
- Stress analysis (Hand calculations & Nastran FEM including surface and solid modelling, utilising the geometry from CATIA)
- Manufacture – close liaison with manufacturing companies for jig, tool and component manufacture.
- Testing – Design of various structural test rigs and management of structural test programmes from major aircraft components to material testing.
- Certification
Certification Verification Engineers (CVE) for Part 21 Subpart J companies.
Commissioning. – Liaise with client to ensure smooth transition from design to in-service.
